How hard is it to upload a new layout??

Feeling: frustrated
Listening: to a mario theme song
Sitting: in my garage
Smelling: wet conditioned hair

This blog is just going through a construction phase - I'm trying out new layouts and stuff. But the html and xml stuff is totally driving me nuts. I find a reeli kewl layout, but its in html and I put it on but I don't know how to customise it and wtf is with the unzip this, upload that? Grr.
