Before School...

Heylo peoples~

Sorry I haven't been blogging for a while... some reasons are:
-people hogging the computer
-interruptions from my brothers
-and a very annoying internet connection.

I have school tomorrow, which is why I am taking this as a last chance to blog. Year 9 tomorrow. Yay. I'm not feeling excited or anything. But I'll feel excited at the end of school ;)

So a new school year means new stationery! Stationery shopping is a super fun thing for me, especially if you get to go to Asian shops, Kinokuniya and Smiggle to buy them ^^

Ah my pencilcase~ It's so decora-lolita, but HIME DECO sounds like a gyaru brand. Owh wells, as long as it looks like it came out of a Harajuku girl's schoolbag, I'll have it (teehee^^). I bought it from Kinokuniya. I never, EVER, come out of Kinokuniya without something from the stationery section. It leaves me with less money to buy manga and J-fashion magazines, though. Owh wells, you can't stop an obsession ^^.

These are a few things in my pencilcase~
  • Lego-like correction tape I bought from a Gramedia bookstore in Indonesia
  • Doraemon tissues I bought from KAREBEAR (opposite Capitol Square)
  • Shinkansen sharpener~^^ from Kinokuniya
  • Green scented rubber with a jewel in the middle~ From Kinokuniya (it smells like Asian food...)
  • Shiny yellow pencil with some Japanese writing on it. (and of course I don't understand it...) It has jewel charms hanging on the end of it, and pictures of three girls laughing in school uniform. I have no intention of sharpening this pencil xD.
  • I (heart) Miffy pen and Monokuro Boo mechanical pencil leads ^^. I bought them at an Asian shop at Parramatta Westfield. I hardly ever go there...
  • Recycled Chinese Newspaper Pencils I bought from Smiggle. I though they looked kinda kewl...
I don't buy much from Smiggle because it's so expensive :(. Maybe if I get a job I can buy more Smiggle (or more manga...). Anyways, Smiggle just makes fakes of things that were already invented by Korean and Japanese stationery makers. You can usually get them cheaper from Asian stores anyway, and they work perfectly fine.

I want a Mario level-up plushie or rug. For those who don't know what I'm talking about, it's the Mario mushroom that makes Mario grow bigger. I saw them at Chinatown. I haven't been there for a while (and it seems that I won't be going there for quite some time nows).

Well, right now I don't have much else to blog about, and if I did, I forgot ^^. Cyas~

  2. I like to go to cool bookstores too, usually they have really cool stationery. I recommend Borders and Kinokuniya, if you're a Japan/good design freak like me xD.
